Welcome to Part 2 of my NYFW F/W 2020 recap! Today I’m sharing my stylish NYFW outfits. Don’t forget to check out Part 1 if you missed it. It’s all about my first experience at NYFW and the shows I attended.
Outfit 1

When I was stalking all of the runway trends, polka dots really caught my eye. Once I saw this trend popping up everywhere I searched high and low for outfits. And then I ran into the problem where I couldn’t pick just one polka dot outfit. So I settled on two (see my 4th look below).
My first look of NYFW was this chic Grammar Polka Dot Wrap Blouse from Vici (which it currently on sale for $16.20 down from $54!). I styled it with black pants, my Lulus Harper Gold Ankle Strap Heels, and this super cute Toggle Lock Quilted Flap Chain Bag from SHEIN. This was definitely one of the more comfortable looks of NYFW, but my feet sure were cold in the bitter 30-something degree weather! But it was worth it for the cute outfit.

As much as I have been loving polka dots lately, another trend that caught my eye were blazer dresses. I have to say, this Lulus’ Glowing Steady Black and Silver Blazer Dress was my favorite look of the weekend! This dress was not something I normally would have gravitated towards, but NYFW is the perfect opportunity to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. Since the dress was a little baggy I styled it with a thin black belt to help give it some shape. I finished off the look with my Lulus’ Believable Black Crocodile Embossed Square-Toe Booties and a bold red lip.

Can’t attend NYFW without wearing my favorite color now can I? If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I find myself gravitating towards pleated dresses and midi skirts. So it’s no surprise I decided to wear this SHEIN Mock Neck Pleated Cape Dress. To complete this look I wore these gorgeous Midnight Nude Pointed-Toe Heels from Lulus and these Perry Street Sophie Star Drops earrings from Rocksbox.

And last but not least, my second polka dot look. I got this Dior Polka Dot Pleated Tiered Midi Dress from Vici on final sale so unfortunately it’s not available anymore (but here is a similar look). I styled this outfit with my Lulus Selenah White Pointed Toe Ankle Booties and Round ‘Em Up White Belt. Clearly I’m willing Spring to show up already. This outfit screams warmer weather.
Which of my NYFW outfits is your favorite?
Sincerely,
K
